The hydrodynamic MARS 2D model on the Channel / Bay of Biscay coasts is a 2D model of 700m spatial resolution providing currents, sea levels, and maximum/minimum tide levels every hour (4-day forecasts).

The ECORS project – marine section – contributes to improving the representation of the marine environment and its evolution, within the context of aquatic operations : waves, currents, beach terrain.

The PREVIMER demonstrator is designed for a wide audience, including those who want to obtain short term coastal environmental forecasts for the Channel, Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, be it for private or professional purposes.
