The data have been acquired with a Seabat 8160 (50 kHz) multibeam echosounder mounted on board of the CoNISMa research vessel "Universitatis" (2004 chief scientist Angelo Tursi, party chief Angelo Tursi; 2010 chief scientist Alessandra Savini; party chief Alessandra Savini). The main objective of this cruise was to study the gravitational processes and the distribution of coral mounds along continental margins of Puglia. Weather conditions were good during the acquisition.

The data have been acquired with a Seabat 8160 (50 kHz) multibeam echosounder mounted on board of the CoNISMa research vessel "Universitatis" and with Seabat 8125 (455kHz) multibeam echosounder mounted on board of the CoNISMa research boat “DC7” (chief scientist 2007: Alessandra Savini and Giorgio Budillon; party chief 2008: Alessandra Savini and Giancarlo Spezie). The main objective of this cruise was to study the ecological and geomorphic processes in the Valona Bay. Weather conditions were good during the acquisition.
