Statement

A total of 21 Waterra capsules were used to sample water close to groups of dolphins in the Bay of Biscay in June 2022. DNA was extracted and libraries were construted for the Cytochrome B region. After purification, these samples were submitted to NGS sequencing. The sequences of the 8 PCR replicates were merged.
